QUALITY and CARE |
Every bag is handmade by us in a Philadelphia suburb. We use only the finest of new materials to construct your personalized bags and gifts. Each image you provide us will be directly printed onto treated fabric. This special treatment process allows the inks to permantely adhere to the fabric giving a clear image. Your photo will not run if you get caught in the heaviest of rain showers or even the wetest amusement park ride. However, our accessories were not designed to be washed and each item is scotchguarded before it is sent out to you. Spot cleaning is recommended for most fabrics we use although spot testing is recommende and we've found baby wipes to be the gentilist and most effective. If treatment is needed for the actual photo area we suggest a very small amount of liquid fabric softner. Detergents of all types can damage the picture. |
PHOTO SELECTIONS |
The selection of your pictures is a very important element in the overall results of your accessories. First to consider is the orientation of your bag. If your bag if your bag is longer then it's height a landscape picture (this type of photo is what you would get if you took a picture with your camera staight). If your bag is higher then it is long a portrait picture (the type of picture you get when you turn your camera on it's side to fit taller objects in the frame). While photos of the wrong orientation can be used it requires some cropping and usually for more blank areas of your bag. Second is the true quality of your picture. A photo printed at wallet size may look very clear but when enlarged to fit your bag any imperfections can become very visible and clarity can not be improved. Also keep in mind any distractions or clutter in the background. We may be able to crop them out but it could cause the orientation of your photo to change. Please remember that you MUST hold the copyrights to any photos or artwork submitted for reproduction. It is illegal to reproduce images without having the right to do so. Pictures and artwork may be submitted by emaile in jpeg form or snail mailed as hard copies or on cd. You should expect to receive your photos back with your items but please do not send origionals, we can not be responsible for damaged or lost images. Your pictures can be printed in Color (if that's how they're provided to us), B&W, and Sepia(to make them look aged). We do not offer restoration or special effects to photos be could assist with outsourcing options. |

Due to the personalized nature of our items we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind our products and will work with you to resolve any quality issues. We can not be held responsible for any mistakes in submission of your pictures. |
